What you can expect from the job:

Experience designing products for mobile and desktop

Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company

Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user’s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products

Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

What will help you do the job well:

1-2 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design

Ability to articulate ideas – with scientific, human centric reasoning to design & user experience recommendations and communicate clearly to various stakeholders

Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and peers

Experience in designing UI for mobile and web

Knowledge of responsive design to account for various screen sizes

Experience in converting UI design to HTML

Knowledge in HTML5 and CSS

Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology

We would love it if you have:

Experience in developing style guides so that each product design adheres to its own look and feel throughout the project process

Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

Experience in Agile/scrum environment

Expertise in Figma
